Marti Rutherford: "Rick is one of my neighbors on Alta Vista."

I've duplicated the clip so that viewers can register the comment plus the barely audible snicker that follows. It's not clear whether the laugh was emitted by Ms. Rutherford or by Melinda Hickey, who some reports say is Marti's newest "landlord."
