More Marti Moves
A showdown over Marti Rutherford's residency is expected at tonight's City Council meeting.
In a related story from today's TFP:
City Councilman Jack Benson, chairman of the council's Legal and Legislative Committee, said the residency matter is "the business of the constituents (Ms. Rutherford) represents.""If they want to challenge the authenticity of her residence, they need to speak up to the City Council and the city attorney," he said.
